Your dog’s health and well-being is our number 1 priority, with having a p'awesome time a close 2nd. For that reason, we ensure a safe and healthy environment by implementing strict requirements for all our guests. You can find additional details on all our guest requirements in our FAQ section. Have a trip planned and need to use us for boarding immediately? Before scheduling your assessment, call us to ensure your boarding dates are available! We will hold the reservation for you until your assessment is completed; however, your reservation is not confirmed until after the assessment.
IMPORTANT: BEFORE YOUR ASSESSMENT WE REQUIRE A COPY OF YOUR DOG’S VACCINATION RECORDS. YOU OR YOUR VET CAN EMAIL THEM TO INFO@HOMEDOGRESORT.COM OR YOU CAN UPLOAD THE RECORDS TO YOUR GUEST PROFILE ONCE ONE IS CREATED.

While you wait for one of our associates to contact you, you may create an account to schedule services, make payments, receive updates, and upload records. If you have any issues creating your account, our staff member can assist you when they call to schedule your assessment.
Once you've created your account and scheduled your assessment with one of our guest service associates, you and your dog are ready to complete your assessment. This assessment ensures your dog can safely and comfortably integrate into their daycare program.
Guests are required to drop off their dog before 10 am and pick up after 2 pm. If you'd like a tour, please let our guest services associate know, and they will accommodate requests at either drop-off or pick-up. After we've confirmed your records, completed the tour (if requested), and answered any questions, you are free to leave! From there, your dog will participate in various activities to determine their comfort level in our facility and to get to know them better.
Upon pick-up, you will receive a form outlining your dog's assessment and any details about their plan of care. If the assessment determines that your dog does not exhibit any extreme fear, anxiety, or aggression, you can schedule services as needed through your online profile or by calling us at 614-525-0020.
